Job summary

Cofense is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to oversee Cofense’s global benefits program and provide day-to-day benefits administration for employees in all locations. The role includes managing domestic and international programs, renewals, open enrollment, retirement plans, COBRA processing, payroll deductions, and leave programs.

The position requires five or more years in benefits administration, experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred), and knowledge of international benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of benefits administration experience
• Experience with HRIS systems, UKG preferred
• Experience with international benefits is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all domestic and international Cofense benefit programs
• Coordinate annual benefit renewals with brokers and internal teams
• Oversee annual open enrollment activities and employee education
• Administer retirement programs, audits, and COBRA processing
• Handle benefit invoices, enrollments and payroll deductions
• Manage all Cofense leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, Parental Leave)
• Develop and execute Cofense's global Wellness program and budget
• Support data collection for annual reports and regulatory filings
• Assist in onboarding benefits orientation for new hires
• Collaborate on salary benchmarking with vendors and cross-functional teams
