Cofense is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to oversee Cofense’s global benefits program and provide day-to-day benefits administration for employees in all locations. The role includes managing domestic and international programs, renewals, open enrollment, retirement plans, COBRA processing, payroll deductions, and leave programs.
The position requires five or more years in benefits administration, experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred), and knowledge of international benefits.
The Global Benefits Manager is responsible for managing Cofense's global benefit program, including ensuring efficient operation of all benefits programs, providing day-to-day benefits administration and guidance, and assisting employees in all domestic and international locations.
