Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Global Benefits Manager to design, deliver, and govern benefits programs across multiple countries. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, GDPR, and related standards while driving cost optimization and employee education.

You will use data to inform budgeting and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional teams. A degree in HR, business, or finance is required, with AI and emerging tools a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country benefits programs.
• Strong understanding of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR-equivalents.
• Ability to translate data into actionable cost/benefit decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee global health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs across countries.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives like country expansions or M&A integrations.
• Manage vendor/broker relationships and renewal negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR, and international standards.
• Analyze cost and utilization data to inform budgeting and strategy.
• Develop benefits education and self-service resources for employees.
• Explore AI and new tools to speed up reporting and support.
