Job summary
Procore Technologies is seeking a Director of Global Benefits to lead strategy, design and execution of benefits programs across global regions. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and open enrollment while ensuring compliance with ERISA/ACA/COBRA/HIPAA and country standards.
This role reports to the VP of Total Rewards and can be based in Austin, TX, other US offices, or remote for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
