Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking an experienced Head of Benefits, Americas to lead our benefits strategy and programs across the region. This senior role oversees health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing and time away programs for about 14,000 U.S.

employees and 500 colleagues in eight other countries. As the regional benefits leader, you will partner with HR and Finance, shape program design, governance and analytics, manage vendor relationships, and coach a team of six benefits professionals to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive benefits experience with leadership roles.
• Experience across health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing and time away programs.
• Regional or global scope with multi-country program oversight.
• Strong governance, budgeting, vendor management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and delivery of Americas benefits programs.
• Oversee budgets, renewals, vendor investments and cost management.
• Shape employee experience through comprehensive benefits offerings.
• Be the primary U.S. benefits voice to senior leadership.
• Coach a team of six benefits professionals and develop capabilities.
