Job summary

6sense is seeking a Benefits Operations professional to lead day-to-day administration of global programs across the U.S., India, Canada, and the UK. You will partner with People Ops, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant benefits delivery and open enrollment cycles.

The role requires 5–7 years in benefits administration, strong knowledge of U.S. and global regulations, and experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in benefits administration, Total Rewards, or related People function with global or multi-country exposure.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and global benefits regulations and governance practices.
• Experience partnering with vendors, brokers, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and People teams to resolve escalations and support renewals.
• Attention to detail, operational discipline, communication skills, and ability to exercise independent judgment within defined objectives.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms, especially Workday; Sequoia, Sparrow, or comparable systems/vendors valued.
• CEBS or similar certification preferred; global or SaaS experience and benefits analytics exposure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of global benefits programs across regions (US, India, Canada, UK) and the UK.
• Oversee benefits program execution in a shared services model with governance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Administer leave programs including FMLA, state leaves, disability, and related processes.
• Lead renewal and open enrollment cycles, including statutory updates, communications, and testing.
• Partner with vendors, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HR Technology, and People teams on deductions, reporting, and cross-border implementation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable benefits, pension, leave, tax, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Oversee benefits systems and vendor performance, including data integrity and access controls.
• Provide reporting and analysis on participation, cost trends, vendor performance, and financial impact.
