Synechron, Inc. is hiring a Benefits Manager to oversee a broad benefits portfolio for ~2,000 employees across Canada, the US, and Mexico.

The role involves program design, vendor management, and regulatory compliance in three countries, with a base salary in Charlotte, NC and strong emphasis on analytics and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires 10+ years in benefits administration, CEBS or equivalent, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR/Benefits
• 10+ years of hands-on benefit experience across multi-country environments
• Knowledge of health, retirement, and welfare programs across US, Canada, and Mexico
• Regulatory knowledge for Canada, US, and Mexico
• Advanced Excel and analytical tools; familiarity with PowerPoint/Word/Outlook
• Experience managing benefits programs in a multi-country environment
• CEBS or similar certification
• Familiarity with HRIS and benefits platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of benefits, retirement, disability, and insurance programs
• Design strategic benefits aligned with workforce needs and costs
• Manage broker and carrier relationships and ensure accurate billing
• Maintain regulatory compliance across three countries
• Create clear communication materials and run open enrollment sessions
• Maintain accurate benefits records and data integrity
• Lead and mentor the Benefits Support Specialist and drive projects
