Job summary

The Vertex Companies, LLC is seeking a Global Benefits & Leaves Manager to lead day-to-day administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of our global programs. You will partner with the Total Rewards Lead to implement strategy, provide data-driven insights, and support decisions across HR, Payroll, Finance, brokers, and vendors.

This role manages 1 direct report and requires experience across multiple countries, supplier management, and HRIS familiarity (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Experience managing health and welfare programs across multiple countries.
• Strong vendor management with brokers and carriers; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor benefits programs, trends, and utilization; provide insights to Total Rewards Lead.
• Oversee annual renewal; coordinate data, vendor actions, and cost modeling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across countries; manage leave administration with vendors.
• Lead open enrollment in partnership with HRIS/Workday configuration.
• Develop dashboards and financial analyses to inform leadership decisions.
