Job summary

The Global Benefits & Leaves Manager will lead day-to-day administration, compliance and continuous improvement of international benefit and leave programs, partnering with HR, Payroll and external vendors to ensure a compliant, positive employee experience.

With responsibility for 1 direct report, this role requires cross-country expertise, data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with related experience in benefits administration.
• Experience managing health and welfare programs across countries.
• Proven vendor/broker management experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Monitor benefits program effectiveness, trends and utilization.
• Partner to implement benefits and wellbeing initiatives aligned with Total Rewards strategy.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for brokers, carriers and benefit partners.
• Lead vendor performance reviews and service-level evaluations.
• Oversee annual renewal process with data review, analytics and cost modeling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and required notices.
• Oversee audits and regulatory filings as needed.
• Lead open enrollment planning with HRIS Workday configuration and testing.
• Provide reporting, dashboards and financial analyses to leadership.
