Job summary

The Vertex Companies LLC is a global consulting firm seeking a Global Benefits & Leaves Manager to lead day-to-day management, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits and leave programs worldwide. This role interfaces with HR, Payroll, Finance, brokers, carriers, and vendors and includes one direct report.

You will partner with the Total Rewards Lead to execute the benefits strategy, analyze costs, and develop dashboards to support leadership decisions while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing health and welfare programs across multiple countries.
• Experience evaluating and working with third-party vendors and brokers.
• Strong analytical skills with Power Query or similar data tools.
• Excellent communication translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of global benefits and leaves programs.
• Coordinate with Total Rewards Lead to implement strategy and provide data insights.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for brokers, carriers, leave vendors, and admins.
• Lead annual open enrollment and Workday configuration/testing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
