You will partner with IT, payroll, and management to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and drive data-driven improvements across a global benefits program. Role emphasizes strong Excel skills, Workday proficiency, and experience with regulatory requirements, while contributing to inclusive, competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration with focus on leave, disability, and accommodations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA; regional/state leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of leave programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, workers’ compensation) while complying with laws.
• Provide employee support and advocacy through concierge and vendor coordination.
• Offer expert guidance on benefit plan interpretations and inquiries.
• Collaborate with senior management, IT, payroll, and change management to improve service delivery.
• Lead change management and communication for benefits updates and resources.
• Leverage data and AI tools to optimize leave and benefits processes.
