Saviynt is seeking a Sr. Benefits Specialist to oversee global health and welfare programs. You will own LOA processes, develop scalable SOPs, and manage vendor EDI feeds while partnering with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance on cross-border escalations and budgets.

This role requires 5+ years of benefits admin experience, a BA in HR or related field, and strong regulatory knowledge across COBRA, FMLA, ACA, and HIPAA. Hybrid work in a fast-growth, international environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience with global populations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CEBS or related certification is a plus.
• Direct expertise managing LOA programs and statutory leave requirements.
• Strong PM skills with documentation and SOP creation in fast-growth settings.
• Hands-on with HRIS, global benefits portals, and EDI feed management.

Responsabilidades

• Global Health & Welfare administration for medical, dental, vision, life across entities.
• Own Leave of Absence processes (FMLA, statutory medical leave, parental leave, disability).
• Create scalable SOPs, guides, and communications from scratch.
• Manage vendor EDI feeds and ensure accurate records across regions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance on escalations, budgeting, headcount.
• Lead monthly invoice reconciliations and cost-trend reporting.
