Job summary

Saviynt seeks a Sr. Benefits Specialist to manage global health and welfare programs, LOA processes, and SOP-driven operations. You’ll partner with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance to ensure smooth cross-border administration and compliance.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, vendor management, and accurate financial reconciliation. Hybrid work is available with a strong growth trajectory in a high-growth, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience supporting global populations.
• Experience with LOA programs and statutory leave requirements.
• Strong project management and SOP/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of global health, welfare, and statutory fringe benefits.
• Lead LOA processes end-to-end with compliance and empathy.
• Document workflows and build scalable SOPs and guides.
