Saviynt seeks a Sr. Benefits Specialist to oversee global health and welfare programs, ensuring compliant administration across regions. You will build SOPs from scratch, scale benefits infrastructure, and collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance on cross-border processes.

The role requires 5+ years in benefits administration, with LOA expertise and CEBS or related certification preferred. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is offered to support your success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience, global coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; CEBS or similar certification beneficial.
• Experience managing LOA programs and statutory leave requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day administration of global health, welfare programs.
• Own LOA processes across global and regional entities with compliance.
• Create scalable SOPs, employee guides, and communications from scratch.
• Manage vendor EDI feeds and HRIS data integrity across regions.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, and Finance on escalations and budgets.
• Lead monthly reconciliations with vendors and cost trend reporting.
• Manage broker/vendor relationships for renewals and compliance.
