Job summary

Deckers Brands in Goleta, CA seeks a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to lead global benefits programs across multiple countries. You will manage APAC renewals, Canada plans, and expatriate benefits while ensuring compliant, employee‑centric programs aligned with global strategy.

You will partner with payroll, finance, and vendors to deliver precise data, cost controls, and a superior employee experience across time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in employee benefits, HR operations, or related field.
• Global or multinational benefits experience preferred.
• Experience supporting APAC or international renewals, vendor management, plan implementation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global and APAC plan renewals and new plan implementations.
• Manage Canada benefits administration and vendor partnerships.
• Administer healthcare, HCSA, and retirement programs including enrollments and tax reporting.
• Partner with payroll, finance, and internal teams to ensure compliance.
• Support global benefits reporting and Workday setup.
