Job summary

LHH seeks an experienced Director of Benefits to lead the design, administration, and optimization of our employee benefits programs across the United States and Canada. You will direct health, retirement, leave, and wellness initiatives, oversee ACA compliance, and manage a team of benefits professionals.

You will also lead annual Open Enrollment, renewals, vendor negotiations, and major implementations while partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in benefits/HR/Total Rewards.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of health & welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs.
• Oversee benefits programs for a large, multi-state U.S. workforce while ensuring compliance with ACA regulations, reporting requirements, and audits.
• Manage and mentor a team of benefits professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Direct annual Open Enrollment activities, benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, and major benefits implementations.
• Partner with executive leadership on benefits strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of progressive benefits experience managing health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing benefits, HR, or Total Rewards professionals.
