InterSystems Corporation is seeking a Benefits and Compensation Team Lead to administer and guide our benefit and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations and alignment with company culture.

The role collaborates with employees, managers, and the global HR team to deliver market-competitive plans, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement using data analytics and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of benefits and compensation administration experience in a mid-sized company with at least 1,000 employees is required.
• Subject matter expert in all benefits and compensation plans with global knowledge.
• Excellent ability to guide, train, and coach the team with clear goals and metrics.
• Leads by example with strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with ERISA, IRS, DOL audits, reporting, and disclosure compliance; FLSA and leave compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administers company benefit plans and policies to stay competitive and compliant.
• Maintains company-wide compliance with government regulations (FLSA, ERISA, DOL, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.).
• Oversees leave of absence plans (STD/LTD) and ADA accommodation processes.
• Provides data analysis, identifies trends, and makes recommendations.
• Develops partnerships with brokers and advisors to ensure compliant, market-competitive offerings.
• Administers compensation approaches and leveling with managers and global HR teams.
