Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of benefits administration experience, preferably within a technology company.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing benefits programs and multinational vendor relationships across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or global benefits projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Strategy & Program Management: Manage day-to-day administration of health and welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs across North America and EMEA.
• Global Benefits Administration: Manage programs in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and assigned EMEA countries, partnering with local teams and vendors.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and country regulations, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and regulatory reporting.
• Workday Benefits & Systems: Serve as SME for Workday Benefits; lead testing, enhancements, and reporting.
• Vendor Management: Oversee brokers, carriers, consultants, and retirement providers; negotiate contracts.
• Employee Experience & Communications: Develop benefits communications, trainings, open enrollment, and engagement initiatives.
