Job summary

Aon is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst/Consultant to join our client service team on a hybrid schedule (Chicago / NY / CA). The role focuses on coordinating global benefits projects, reporting, and delivering high-quality materials for presentation to clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in HR consulting, strong project management and analytical skills, and comfort communicating to diverse stakeholders. We offer a collaborative, global environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years or more of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm preferred.
• International or non-US benefits consulting experience is strongly desired.
• Demonstrated consultative skills to work in a cohesive team and communicate with internal/external parties.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues around the world to understand project progress and ensure deliverables are met.
• Support client briefing calls to describe project progress and discuss critical issues.
• Prepare reporting and materials for global benefits projects.
• Review information provided by global colleagues for consistency and reasonability.
• Make edits and summarize results in high quality deliverables for clients.
• Join meetings, take notes, and monitor deliverables within project scope and budget.
• Identify additional potential work and out-of-scope services requested by clients.
• Support senior members in developing business opportunities through additional services.
