Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company seeking a senior leader to define and drive BD Excellence capability development and global deployment. You will embed with priority teams and partner with regional leaders to accelerate maturity and adoption of best practices.

You will lead design of coaching, certification, and capability-building plans, establish governance, and drive executive engagement to achieve measurable improvements across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide deployment in global, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated track record delivering measurable business outcomes through capability building.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for BD Excellence capability development and global deployment.
• Provide hands-on tiger team expertise and embedded coaching for rapid scaling.
• Partner with regional teams to accelerate maturity and adoption of BD Excellence practices.
• Lead design of learning, coaching, certification, and capability-building plans with governance.
• Drive executive engagement and leadership development for continuous improvement.
