Job summary

BD is seeking a Manager in Excellence Capability Programs to administer a portfolio of enterprise capability-development initiatives, onboarding, leadership, and engagement programs. The role blends operational excellence, governance, and stakeholder management to deliver measurable impact and enterprise readiness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years in training coordination, talent development, capability building, program management, HR, or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple programs, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full portfolio of BD Excellence capability-building programs with consistent quality and governance.
• Coordinate cohorts, facilitators, materials, communications, and follow-up activities (x² program).
• Guide onboarding for BD Excellence Leaders and for associates outside BD Excellence.
• Oversee rotational stretch assignments and track progress and outcomes.
• Lead Excellence Exchange Webinar program content planning and speaker engagement.
• Track participation, completion, effectiveness, and impact metrics.
