Job summary

BD, a leading global medical technology company, seeks a Senior Manager, BD Excellence - Commercial to partner with Urology & Critical Care leadership. You will deploy operating mechanisms, metrics, and continuous improvement practices to make commercial performance visible, predictable, and scalable.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, and value realization, driving measurable business results and capability building.

Qualifications

• 5 years of demonstrated commercial experience in complex B2B sales or transformation.
• Experience improving commercial operating rigor, funnel management, forecasting, or growth in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to use performance metrics and visualization tools to diagnose issues and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP/GM, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Regional leaders to shape and deploy the UCC commercial excellence strategy, operating model, and priorities.
• Establish and sustain commercial and regional operating reviews, visual management, KPI tracking, and action plans to improve accountability.
• Improve funnel management, forecast accuracy, opportunity progression, and value realization from demand generation through contracting and implementation.
• Use data and Power BI-enabled visual management to identify performance gaps and accelerate fact-based decisions.
• Lead or support Kaizen and structured problem-solving to drive growth and customer experience improvements.
• Coach commercial leaders in BD Excellence methods and build capable practitioners.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams to remove cross-functional obstacles.
