Job summary

SE&I supports end-to-end BD activities, with responsibilities spanning sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and alliance management.

The role demands independent project leadership within defined parameters, collaboration with global teams in Denmark and Cambridge, and engagement with biotech and pharma communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience or Master’s with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years in pharma/biotech or related field.
• Experience in R&D, business development or professional services within pharma/biotech.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify novel pipeline assets and enabling technologies.
• Evaluate assets and conduct due diligence in collaboration with SE&I.
• Support BD processes from initial evaluation through due diligence.
• Prepare governance board presentations and manage due diligence projects.
