Huayun North America, Inc. (Maxta) is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate in Palo Alto to support cross‑border partnerships and enterprise outreach. You will help with partner research, proposals, market analysis, and client relationship management.

You'll coordinate meetings, manage CRM pipelines, assist at industry events, translate materials (EN/ZH), and support travel for executives. The role offers equity, rapid growth in AI-enabled tech, and global exposure across US, China

Qualifications

1-3 years in business development, sales support, or operations.
Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin) — written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM tools, presentation software.
Interest in enterprise technology and AI industry.
Willingness to travel between US and Asia.
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential technology partners and enterprise clients.
Prepare partnership proposals, pitch decks, and business documentation.
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with partners (Axiomtek, industrial clients).
Maintain CRM and track partnership pipeline.
Support DC Summit and industry event logistics.
Translate and localize business materials (EN ZH).
Assist CEO with business travel coordination and client communications.
