Job summary

Kyyba is seeking a senior project manager in North Carolina to drive KPI and milestone reporting for battery program launches. You will coordinate across engineers, PM groups, purchasing, and facilities, including collaboration with Toyota Battery Manufacturing North Carolina (TBMNC).

The role requires 5+ years in project-related work, capital investments experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% and a willingness to work across divisions and time zones are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years project-related experience.
• Experience defining and reporting KPIs and milestones.
• Capital investments experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Travel up to 10% for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate model launches across divisions and international partners.
• Define and report project KPIs and milestones.
• Support pre-production trial activities and schedule creation.
• Collaborate with multiple internal groups (Engineering, PM, Purchasing).
