Job summary

TechStar Group is seeking a seasoned project professional to define and report KPI milestones using the Battery Master Operation Plan. The role emphasizes standard reporting structures, KPI governance, and coordination of pre-production trial activity. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to travel up to 10% are required.

Applicants should have 5+ years in a project-related role and a bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong scheduling skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional work experience in a project-related role.
• Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.
• Experience setting, managing, visualising, and reporting KPIs, including reporting directly to senior/executive-level leadership.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules, including milestone achievement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability for business travel, both domestic and international up to 10%.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed, based on project condition and schedule.
• Ability to support evening meetings with Japan as needed, based on project condition and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Project management experience dealing with capital investments greater than $0.5M.

• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed schedules, including milestone achievement.
