Responsibilities

• Lead global batch operations across shift coverage to ensure timely processing and service delivery
• Oversee batch failures, late executions, missed dependencies, and SLA exposure
• Coordinate incident and change management with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Promote GenAI-enabled incident summaries, runbook validation, and workflow automation
• Mentor team members in batch operations, incident management, and ITIL fundamentals
• Develop team capabilities in batch operations, automation thinking, and risk assessment.
