• Strong documentation, reporting, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Enterprise Batch Services operations with shift-based coverage and on-time service execution.
• Oversee batch job failures, late executions, dependencies, SLA exposure, issues with Control-M/ESP, and file deliveries.
• Coordinate incident triage, recovery, ticket updates, and communications for changes and events.
