Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience leading a global operations/team and incident/change management
• Experience with GenAI adoption and automation

Responsibilities

• Lead GEBS operations across shift-based coverage, ensuring batch processing, workload monitoring, escalation, turnover, and service execution.
• Provide oversight for batch job failures, late executions, missed dependencies, SLA exposure, Control-M/ESP issues, file delivery concerns, and related production events.
• Coordinate triage, recovery, and communications for incidents, changes, and operational requests across GEBS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain 24x7 service coverage.
