Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with SQL/R/Python is a plus, not required.
• Prior baseball or sports experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support International Scouting with data collection and cleaning.
• Contribute to analytics and evaluation methods for acquisitions.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally on video and data management.
• Assist leadership with checklists and comprehensive analyses.
• Help coordinate remote Spanish-speaking staff on data initiatives.
