Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or related required for Senior level.
• Proficiency in Japanese language required; ability to read, write, and communicate in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs fundamental operational tasks such as: account openings, handling all types of consumer and business deposit and loan products, secured and unsecured loan and personal lines of credit applications, CDs, cashier's checks, wire forms, loan applications, and other banking tasks; may involve Mass Market sales.
• Handles incoming email/phone calls from internal/external customers per Call Center standards; may provide some service to Japanese customers as branch universal bankers; provides translation bank-wide.
• Grows Mass Market portfolio with safe and profitable opportunities from existing/new clients; moves customers into HVC level accounts ($250K+).
• Ensures daily operational efficiency in compliance with regulations and CPB policies; resolves client issues; interacts with third party vendors.
• Demonstrates alignment with CPB initiatives and contributes to team goals through exceptional service and portfolio growth.
• Builds community relationships and partnerships that drive new opportunities and customer acquisitions.
• Identifies system efficiencies and supports process improvements.
