Job summary

VeriPark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver IT implementations for banking clients. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes managing timelines, budgets, and risks, while driving process improvements and collaboration across global teams. A strong PM background in financial services is highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience managing banking software projects is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives.
• Oversee system integrations and delivery of technology-driven solutions across various business areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations such as AML requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.
• Prepare regular updates and status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within project teams.
