Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and administration of Standby Letters of Credit.
• Review financial and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with extension processes and defined workflows.
• Prioritize requests to meet service-level agreements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to complete transactions.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email, Teams, and phone as needed.
• Research issues, identify solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain high-quality, detail-oriented work and service standards.
