Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in standby letters of credit or banking ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process amendments to standby letters of credit (increases/decreases/extensions).
• Review financial and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Support maintenance activities and automatic-extension workflows.
• Prioritize requests and meet service-level expectations.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to resolve questions and complete transactions.
• Communicate effectively via email, Teams, and phone as needed.
