Engine by Starling is expanding its North American footprint from a newly established NY headquarters. We are seeking entrepreneurial, versatile professionals to build client relationships, understand banking needs, and help launch new propositions using Engine’s cloud-native SaaS platform.

You will work closely with the North America team, product, and engineering to shape long-term partnerships, while collaborating with consultants and implementation partners.

Formación

• 3+ years in a reputable consulting organisation, bank or Fintech.
• Network of contacts in the banking space.
• Experience in financial services, ideally retail or business banking.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage client relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Lead discovery and delivery phases with cross-functional teams.
• Support business development through client workshops and demos.
• Manage commercial conversations and contract discussions.
• Travel internationally as part of the role.
