Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners is seeking an Associate Director, Global Baby Product Development to drive designs for Baby Diapers, Baby Pants, and Change Mats across geographies. You will partner with Category Management, Procurement, Commercial, Business Support and Operations to balance innovation with cost leadership.

You will lead a global product development team, develop the Global Category roadmap, and ensure on-time, on-cost delivery while managing multiple projects and applying data-driven

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s Degree (ME or ChE preferred) or other technical degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Proven leadership in product development and commercialization.
• Experience leading complex product launches and improvements.
• Experience training and developing junior technical staff.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and statistical skills.
• Ability to integrate design into a business environment.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Baby product development for diapers, pants, and change mats.
• Develop and execute the Global Category roadmap for Baby product lines.
• Lead the Global Baby product development team to on-time, on-cost delivery.
