Job summary

Infantino is seeking a strategic and technically strong Director of Product Development, Baby Gear in San Diego, leading the global baby gear product development organization and driving portfolio growth.

This leadership role oversees from concept to commercialization, partners with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing, and manages a high‑performing team across the U.S. and Hong Kong, with site collaboration across the U.S. and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Significant product development leadership experience in juvenile/consumer/durable goods.
• Strong engineering background evaluating mechanisms, materials, construction, and manufacturing solutions.
• Proven success taking products from concept through launch.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Baby Gear product development roadmap and innovation pipeline.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.
• Provide technical leadership in design, cost optimization, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to identify opportunities.
• Manage a global product development team across the U.S. and Hong Kong.
