Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking a Senior Scientist Product to lead diaper discovery programs, partner with Marketing, R&D, and I&A teams, and mentor junior scientists. You will help translate concept into design and ensure alignment with strategy while navigating safety and sustainability requirements.

The role emphasizes consumer research, learning plan execution, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams, with up to 25% travel and a strong focus on innovation and product protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or product development.
• Proven ability to communicate to and influence leaders and team members across R&E and cross-functional org.
• Experience developing learning plans and executing consumer research.
• Demonstrated ability to provide work directions to team members not in direct reporting relationship.
• 15-25% travel, in-country and international.

Responsibilities

• Provide product leadership across the Diaper Discovery programs and seed ideas.
• Collaborate with R&D project leads, Marketing, and I&A teams, develop learning plans and execute them, and mentor junior scientists.
