Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 7+ years in B2B marketing, incl. 3+ years leading teams.
• 5+ years executing integrated campaigns across channels.
• 3+ years with marketing automation, CRM, analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows with human review.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Own UEI’s integrated marketing strategy, annual plan and budget.
• Lead and develop the marketing team with clear priorities.
• Direct technical content, product launches, campaigns, video, and email.
• Own website strategy, UX, conversion, SEO and content governance.
• Expand AI-enabled marketing toolset while ensuring brand controls.
• Oversee marketing operations, data quality, lead management and attribution.
• Manage trade shows and events including strategy and follow-up.
• Lead social media, digital advertising, and email programs.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to translate performance into actions.
• Maintain UEI brand standards across channels.
• Manage agencies and vendors to deliver work on time and budget.
• Use market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
