Job summary

OpenAI is hiring a B2B Paid Marketing leader to own and scale global acquisition across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and other channels. • 8+ years in B2B growth and performance marketing.
• 6+ years leading paid marketing across channels.
• Proven ability to scale programs and drive qualified demand.
• Experience with self-serve, product-led and sales-assisted journeys.
• Strong analytical, measurement, and attribution skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales, GTM, product marketing, lifecycle, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own global paid channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and other channels for B2B audiences.
• Build programs for self-serve, product-led, and sales-assisted motions across segments.
• Partner with Sales and GTM to align campaigns with revenue priorities and launches.
• Optimize full-funnel performance from demand capture to expansion and long-term value.
• Develop B2B audience, offer, and messaging strategies for various company sizes and industries.
• Create feedback loops with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve performance.
• Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement, translating results into scalable playbooks.
• Develop AI-enabled creative, targeting, reporting, and optimization workflows.
