Qualifications

• 7+ years of people management experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience managing certification and/or skill assessment programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmaps for AWS Certification exams and portfolio.
• Oversee development, validation, and go-to-market execution for certification programs.
• Drive global delivery and ongoing recertification with partners and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI, adaptive assessment techniques, and psychometric models to improve cloud-skill measurement.
