Job summary

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, Operations, and regional teams to strengthen remediation discipline and provide consistent, credible reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics or related discipline preferred.
• 15+ years in financial services with senior-level experience in audit, remediation, governance, risk and controls.
• Experience engaging with senior executives, regulators, and board-level committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global framework for governance, oversight, and reporting of audit and control-related issues across the firm.
• Partner with business heads, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, Operations and regional leaders to drive remediation.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and insights for senior management, governance committees, and regulators.
• Ensure timely escalation, remediation, and sustainable closure of high-risk and regulator-visible issues.
• Maintain a consolidated view of issue inventory, aging, and data quality across jurisdictions.
