Qualifications

• MRB dispositions, structural repairs, production engineering preferred.
• Leadership, mentoring, and resource planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design Engineering group and set priorities and resources.
• Oversee design, substantiation, and certification of helicopter components.
• Ensure designs meet FAA regulations and company requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and documentation within authority.
• Solve technical issues with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Forecast staffing and allocate engineering resources.
• Coach and develop designers and engineers.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Support ECA, field operations, and production needs.
