Job summary

Aceolution is seeking an AV Manager to oversee daily operation activities for the Autonomous Vehicle Drive Operations Program across designated city sites. This role ensures smooth field operations, safety compliance, quality of service, and strong team performance.

The AV Manager will collaborate with local and regional leaders to deploy AV fleets efficiently, coordinate driver/operator management, and ensure consistent operational readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
• Experience in a managing or lead role with teams.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV Driver/Operator teams across locations.
• Plan daily shifts, schedule tasks, and track attendance.
• Ensure safety, security, and operational protocol compliance.
• Coach and mentor AV operators on procedures and standards.
• Review performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Safety, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor productivity metrics and drive improvements.
• Respond to escalations and emergencies promptly.
• Prepare weekly status reports and performance summaries.
• Coordinate with Fleet & Maintenance for vehicle uptime.
