Job summary

Moove AV in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an AV Training Manager to own and scale the validation training program worldwide, aligning with safety and quality across markets.

You will develop curriculum, certify in-market Training Managers, plan roadmaps, and coordinate with Safety, Ops, and Fleet to ensure readiness for new market launches.

Travel up to 40% to deliver training, audit programs, and drive continuous improvement, shaping the culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Program management and/or training leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in AV operations or safety-critical training is a plus.
• Ability to map dependencies, lead cross-functional roadmaps, and maintain focus on training quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the AV training program quality as the primary KPI, with certification integrity and cross-market performance as measures.
• Manage and iteratively improve curriculum, assessment frameworks, and certification standards for every market.
• Ensure safety by upholding a strict standard with no exceptions for market pressures.
• Audit local training programs and partner with Safety and Operations to improve the curriculum programmatically.
• Onboard and certify in-market Training Managers and support market launches with live training delivery as needed.
• Plan capacity, milestones, and roadmaps for all markets while coordinating with local teams.
