Job summary

Asana is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Engineer to join the IT Team and manage AV and event operations across our worldwide offices. Based in Warsaw, you will support conference rooms across EMEA and oversee regional AV events, keeping 100+ Zoom Rooms fully operational.

You will work in-office five days a week with occasional WFH days during testing and maintenance periods. The role involves travel for senior leadership AV needs and client-facing events, with opportunities to train end

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing Video Conferencing rooms and/or L2/L3 IT Support for A/V.
• Experience in corporate live events, conference center operations, or hotel A/V support a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Flexible schedule to support occasional night/weekend maintenance or traveling to other offices for support.
• Proficiency with event production and conferencing technology (Yamaha, Tricaster, Blackmagic ATEM, Neat, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Zoom Rooms).
• Experience with collaboration and ticketing software (G Suite, Asana, etc).
• Skilled in event coordination and project management with attention to detail.
• Clear communication with executives, vendors and customers with varying technical backgrounds.
• Familiarity with presentation and media editing tools (Slides, PowerPoint, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure specific needs for event technology.
• Perform daily checks of conference rooms and presentation spaces to ensure full functionality.
• Operate a wide range of A/V equipment (Zoom, Crestron, QSYS, Logitech, Neat).
• Plan and support events ranging from 300+ person internal/external events to small team meetings.
• Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite and assist in maintaining a living video library.
• Troubleshoot A/V and network-related issues affecting event setups and performance.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Develop on-the-fly solutions for events, train end users for DIY events and act as an escalation point for all video conferencing IT support tickets in the EMEA region.
