Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Program Manager for its Automotive Division in the United States. You will lead cross-functional, international project teams to align program targets, manage synergies, and coordinate changes within the same program.

A Bachelor's in Engineering is required with 5+ years industrial experience and 3–5 years of project work. Responsibilities include planning, tracking progress, risks and profitability, escalating when targets are at risk, and ensuring APQP compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in an industrial environment.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure collaboration toward targets.
• Create, communicate and update project planning: milestones, deliverables, cost.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and profitability across projects.
• Initiate escalations and drive solutions to safeguard targets.
• Ensure APQP and customer processes within programs; act as customer contact.
• Coordinate Engineering Changes with Launch Manager.
• Promote safety-first culture and maintain a safe working environment.
