Job summary

Aderant, a global software leader for law firms, seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to maintain financial procedures and ensure GAAP compliance, reporting to Accounting Manager at the Atlanta HQ.

You will support month-end close, reconcile ledgers, manage intercompany and tax-related tasks, and guide the AP Specialist. The role demands multi-entity experience, accuracy, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of related accounting experience.
• Experience in software or technology company is a plus.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts across entities and post journal entries.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L.
• Review payroll journal entries and tax-related postings.
• Assist with cash management and intercompany transactions.
• Support internal and external audits and tax requests.
