Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead the global audit program from our Schaumburg, Illinois headquarters. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, requiring three days in the office and two days remote.

You will work with regional and country audit leaders to oversee a portfolio of audits, including commercial property and casualty topics, while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in the Audit area.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12+ years of experience in the Audit area.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate’s degree and 10+ years of experience in the Audit area.

Responsabilités

• Work with Functional and Regional Audit Executives and country heads to perform risk assessments and shape the audit plan.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of audits focusing on commercial property and casualty insurance topics, ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence.
• Provide subject matter expertise across audit processes including scoping, reports, and stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee tracking and closure of agreed actions.
• Drive capability development and knowledge sharing within Group Audit.
