Zurich North America is hiring a Sr. Audit Manager based at our North American headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.
The role operates in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two remote days, partnering with GA leaders to evolve audit capabilities and manage a portfolio of risk-based audits across commercial property and casualty topics. The ideal candidate has extensive audit experience, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global organization.

This position is based out of our north American headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois. The selected talent must be able to report into this office. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office and allowing two days working remotely.
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. If your expectations are above the listed range, we still encourage you to apply—your unique background matters to us. The proposed Salary range for this position is $167,600.00 - $274,500.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 20%.
